Service Fees and Design Changes

When ordering personalised products from our site we'll provide a preview of your chosen product featuring the image you have uploaded. This also gives us a chance to tell you about any resolution or positioning problems with your image.

Once you're happy with how your preview looks, and you've given us a confirmation to proceed, we'll then start printing your order.

If you require multiple changes to be made to the preview or design of the product, these are free of charge for up to two versions of the preview, and are charged at £5 per preview.

For example, we'll send you a preview of your chosen product with your images, and this is included in the sale price. If you would then like to move the photos around or change the design, we can also do this free of charge and will provide a second preview.

However, any consequent alterations will be charged at £5 per preview. This is because of the extra design time involved in making alterations.

If we don't sell the exact design you are looking for, please get in-touch with us before placing an order to confirm that we can provide the design you're after, as we will be able to confirm any design fees involved prior to creating a custom order.
